Insurance - We do not accept or bill insurance. All payment is required at the time of the appointment. We accept all credit cards, checks, cash, HSA accounts, etc. Superbills may be provided if requested, for reimbursement by your insurance company.
If you are in need of financial assistance, we recommend reaching out to Prosper, a third-party medical financing company. If you meet their criteria, Prosper will provide a loan, allowing you to make manageable monthly payments following your treatment.
